This chapter is responsible for leading the preliminary interviews with EMBA candidates. It ensures the quality as well as the motivation of future students. Given the alumni’s first-hand knowledge of the EMBA program’s demands and their relevance to the current working environment, alumni should be involved in the selection of future EMBA candidates. Alumni who are active in this chapter act as interviewers for prospective EMBA students during the selection process; prepare and conduct training sessions for alumni interviewers; and coach the interviewers by providing feedback after the final selection has been made; The team is 17 alumni many of which have been active for years and/or are professionals in recruitment sectors. We collaborate with EMBA admin on this process and always try to improve it to give the best user experience to candidates.
